Amazing customers service, a lady replied to my email within hours with a date that suited me. Warm welcome once I arrived there. The eye doctor was extremely competent and the gentleman who advised me knew his stuff. I cannot wait to have my glasses now. Anyone wanting to learn about customers service should spend a day with these people !

The appointment was at a time that suited me. The Optician was thorough and explained everything. Harry was helpful and considerate rather than on a mission to sell. My overall experience was that of a thorough, unhurried but efficient service. I am so happy with my new glasses. They are light as feather and the varifocal lenses are amazing.

I have been using Day Lewis for many years. I love the 1-1 professional service. I would not go anywhere else. Harry is an expert in knowing what suits you best and has a good sense of humour. All staff are lovely and professional. I actually enjoy my visits to them. Keep up the good work and recommend 100%

Excellent service from Harry and the team, my prescription sunglasses were made in less than a week and are perfect. A refreshing change after years of mediocre service from one of the big names.
