I went in on Friday afternoon with broken frameless specs (Specsavers ones). They tried their best to fix in store, but finally had to send to their workshop. Expected to be back on Tursday, which I thought was unlikely. But 3pm Monday back fixed and perfect. Brilliant service and so quick.

Having transferred from Vision Express I cannot believe the difference in service, care and support. This is like a family practice; the expertise is beyond anything we have ever experienced. My teenage children love coming here- they are spoken to with such warmth and sincerity. We all wear glasses and lenses in the family, so I was worried about cost, as larger companies can afford deals etc. I was wrong. They go out of their way to keep costs low for you; Ive had to buy three pairs of glasses for my childrens rapidly changing prescription and am myself on their lenses package - its no different. I cannot recommend Specology enough. If it wasnt for their incredible staff my eldest daughter would not have been given extra time in her GCSEs- Noreen went above and beyond in her research of my daughters eye condition and in writing to my daughters school. Thank you.
