Positives, were able to help at short notice albeit down to a quiet period but also able to provide short hire period to suit me. Negatives, staff on the phone seem totally uninterested when dealing with them. After 1 day it became apparent that the car was not actually road worthy. Had to use the motorway and as soon as the speed reached 65-70 it shook like an old washing machine that had been loaded incorrectly. Once the rain started on the way home in the dark, also along the motorway it also became apparent that there was only half a wiper blade and that was hanging by a thread. All of this was reported before I returned the vehicle, no apology.....nothing - they did however say it would be sorted before loaning the vehicle out again. The morning after I returned the car I called to report that I'd left my USB charging device in the car, unfortunately not only were they not interested but they had already hired the car out again to someone else. So the car had not been repaired and I've still not had any response to my lost property report some 3 or so weeks later.

Hired a Fiat 500 for 9 days in July 2020. Paid in advance over the phone, which was a lot cheaper than the well-known hire companies, especially as I'm under 25! Pick up was simple and could inspect car for any damage it may already have. Car provided was clean and in great condition - had no issues during the hire. Returning the car was even easier. Would definitely hire from here the next time I need a car!
