I would simply give No STARS ON THIS if I could its go to be one of the worse doctors Ive ever had lady at the desk is Rude asked to call at 8.00 am and than leave you waiting for hours to tell you ring back the next day This place needs to be shut down and get some Real Staff In Definitely Gona move from this disgraceful place Any body who is at this doctors do ya self a favour and move to another one !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Ive always been frustrated with this surgery, but I called in the morning to get an appointment and I was on hold for 20 mins then once all the appointments were gone they just hang up on you. Today I called at 5:30 and 25 last 6 still on hold (the queue length was 6 people) and I am still waiting to get through barring in mind the surgery closes at 6:30! So its clear they are waiting for the lines to close before answering my call! 1 hour on hold with a queue of only 5 people?!

The receptionist went above and beyond to help my 9month old daughter she was so kind and helpful, I've never had a problem here
