Since the take over the place has gone down hill. You ask them for specific wood and lengths and they just try to give you a story about its the wrong wood and want to substitute. If we wanted something else we wouldnt be asking for such specific length, width etc. The man who works in the shop and is responsible for the day to day communication really does lack people skills. And as Ive seen you say you cut to length you sure dont. Very unhelpful and feeling like you are being talked down to. Not the way to conduct your selfs. You have taken over a company that had a really good customer base and they knew how to treat there customers. With that in mind and the fact you seem to think this kinda business is gonna last longer than 5 mins is laughable. Good luck you have lost another customer. For anyone reading this. There is a screw fix not 2 mins up the road I would advise if you can get what you need there go there and save yourself some time. The delivery driver is was nice and helpful its a shame hes manager told him off in front of me also. He was only trying to help. Which was more than the manager done.
