I've used Walsh for years, if you need DECENT tools combined with superb customer service as a professional jeweller this should be your first choice. I've just bought this laser welder from the Hatton Garden branch- not only did they let me test it for an hour in store and answer technical questions but they also helped me out with the paperwork for grant funding. I've dealt with the head office (Biggin Hill) and Birmingham/Hatton Garden - the patience and customer service is consistently superb. There are cheaper alternatives, but they are cheaper for a reason. If your business rests on your tools then shop here. Thanks guys!

First class service had what I needed in stock and the price was good if you need something for your wall clock etc ? Give them a try you never know they maybe able to help I wanted a new key for mine .
