        Dishonest unscrupulous developer - Make agreements and commitments to obtain outline planing permission, only to later renege on those agreements and commitments - Beware if they are proposing a development in your village as they cannot be trusted.

        Wonderful, friendly team who are a joy to work with! I've visited a couple of their showhomes and was really impressed by the quality of the interiors and build. Expect a much more personal service than you get from some of the big corporate development companies out there!
