My experience with SW Automotive Biggin Hill is shocking. My car came out of their bodyshop following a deer strike with the paintwork not right on the bonnet and one wing which they had repaired. They took it back to rectify it and decided to machine polish the whole of my car causing scratch swirls and hollograms. Bunch of cowboys, don't go there or allow your insurance company to commission them. They wrecked my brand new car

Poor standards! After having waited a four hour slot indoors for someone to come see my car, I get a no show. Reason; traffic!!!! Not even a courtesy phone call. I had to chase them up. Worse still, I then get asked to send in a photo of the damage to save them from coming to physically look at the car. Very poor communication. Dont bother unless you dont mind being let down.

I can't praise SW Automotive enough. My partner's Mercedes was previously repaired very badly by Nationwide and SW were commissioned to rectify the appalling job they did. SW were professional throughout. They restored the car to factory condition and we have absolutely no complaints with the service they provided. We're still waiting for the number plate frame tho . Many thanks to SW Automotive. We're really pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially after our previous experience with Nationwide!!!

Fantastic people. Someone hit and damaged the rear of my car last Thursday. I called in on Saturday morning for an estimate - and by mid-day today it was fixed and for less than they initially estimated. Just in time to get it to the Classic Car Show in a couple of days time! First class service. Thank you very much :) Philip - 2003 Mazda MX5.
