Where do I start! we have used for a couple of years now. normally really good. not anymore... ordered food, was told 1hr. 1hr 20min later still no food. tried to call and was engaged for 20 mins. so decided to drive to get food myself. door locked. when they finally got to let me in. I asked for my food and explained it was now nearly 2hrs late. he just gave me food with no explanation or apology. when I got home, I was missing naan breads and other items. I tried to call again and ended up demanding refund for missing items. was told he will deliver me cash tomorrow despite me paying by card. but what really got me was the " only white people complain about being late" this was totally shocking as I couldn't believe what I had just heard. will not be using anymore. if I could they would have zero stars.......

Have been a regular customer for years...never normally an issue...but on this occasion..was told an hour...after 1hr 40min had to go and collect myself....no apologies...nothing. ..that's us gone forever...bloody awful

Doesnt even deserve the one star, but couldnt leave zero. I ordered a delivery via their website at 9.15pm on Friday night. Delivery time said 40mins. By 10.30pm, still no food. Tried calling them. It rang out twice, then went to an engaged tone, and stayed engaged right up till I gave up calling at 11pm- which is when the website says they close. On Saturday afternoon, I received a call from them. The man said this is Jiventry, you placed an order last night, but we shut early, do you want the food now, or another day? I replied well an apology would have been nice.....the man on the phone then started screaming and shouting at me, being really abusive. He was swearing at me saying things like its only a 16 order, you white people want everything for nothing, it cost me to deliver to you.....rant rant rant I tried pointing out, that I actually hadnt done anything wrong, other than place an order, and if they shut early, then their website shouldnt allow orders to be taken, and if the delivery cost was a problem, then they should add a delivery fee to the bookings. He then shouted at me- do you want the food today or not!? Erm no thank you, not after the way you have just treated me- Ill have my money back please....but even that was a problem for him! After a bit more back a forth about how he could refund the money, he final agreed to refund through the payment system I made the payment through, and then he hung up on me.......I still never received an apology, and came off the phone physically shaking. How this place is still open and operating is beyond me!

Would give it a five but waiting times are looong such a shame as the food is good and the people are nice expect at least a 1 hour wait for delivery

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Ordered at 9.04pm on Sunday, closed at 11pm, still no food at 11.15pm...toast it is then. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
