Since August 2022 this company have been "trying" to install new hinges to my windows. Many appointments made, workmen turned up with no parts, appointments cancelled on the day because of sickness (4 times) , workmen just didnt show up despite me chasing - i had a morning appointment and they had all day to show up. The agents who answer the phone said they would not be there after me chasing at 1230 despite them having all day. The agents could not be less bothered about clients. The agents do not answer calls after 4pm despite saying they are open until 5 pm. Such an unprofessional company - I would have given them zero if i could Service: Glass restoration & repair

Utterly unacceptable, 4 appointments made, all cancelled on the day. Told today the parts had not turned up, if this is the case why have you made 3 previous appointments with me and used the excuse of overbooked to cancel? AVIOD THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

If I could give minus points for this company then I would, but unfortunately the lowest I can go is 1 star. They are not even worthy of this one star! I had an appointment with them to attend my property during an afternoon appointment and they didn't turn up, so I phoned them to ask why they didn't attend and they said that I had cancelled the appointment which is why they didn't attend. I knew that I had not cancelled the appointment, and what makes this even worse is that it was only the day before the appointment I phoned them up to check that they were still on for the appointment.. Which they said they were. So I assumed it would be going ahead and kept my annual leave as a day off to accommodate the appointment (what a waste of annual leave that was!) I asked them when I had cancelled the appointment before telling them I had phoned in the day before to confirm the appointment was on and they said they had spoken to me over the phone "a few days ago". This was complete nonsense as I had phoned up the day before as previously said to confirm the booking. The other thing that was unbelievable is that they had phoned me on the phone number I had provided to them which is an old number which has been out of service for several years. I provided this number because I didn't want to receive their spam. This company is run by cowboys and unless you want to have your time wasted by missed appointments and then have to listen to blatant lies and them blaming the housing association I would suggest AVOIDING this company and trying your luck elsewhere. You may pay a tiny bit more elsewhere but you'll get a proper service rather than paying less and ending up with unprofessional amateurs - which is a false economy! AVOID AVOID AVOID
