W. Uden & Sons Family Funeral Directors Biggin Hill

We used Udens for my mother's funeral some 15 years back and were impressed and delighted with the service then. Last month we chose Udens again for Papa's funeral. Once more the quiet assured style and precision came to the fore with the entire team, from first engagement to last, performing impeccably. Much impressed and grateful for the care that was given.

Uden's are a well-known and trusted funeral directorship in our area. Everyone we met treated us with compassion and sensitivity and willingness to help. Each person we met introduced themselves and explained what would happen which is very reassuring when grievong the lpss of a relative. Our Dutch relatives were really impressed by the way the day was conducted. Punctual, calm, well-dressed and respectful, even providing some tape to patch up a hole in the lining of my coat. I would recommend their services. Thank you.

Uden's provided excellent understanding attention ,and service in Biggin Hill. Mr .Nigel Jones was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding throughout. Mr .Andrew Uden who led the Funeral and team were excellent. It was good that we were able to hold the Funeral Service at Westerham Hill Baptist Church led by the Pastor Kevin Tibble assisted by Martha Collins. All arrangements were closely co-ordinated with Biggin Hill Trades. The Order of Service printing by Think Pad, Catering by Little Mollies, Flowers by Lily of the Valley. All excellent and closely co-ordinated. THANKS to UDEN'S and you ALL.

To all the team at W Uden and Sons Biggin Hill, thank you for your kindness, your compassion, your care, worrying for us so we didn't have to, the respect you showed, your attention to detail, knowing when to pause and let us have a moment of silent reflection, allowing us to now look back on the day and smile knowing we gave our Ma the day she deserved. Uden & Sons exceeded every expectation we had in taking care of our mum. Nigel was a pleasure, very kind and sensitive, always finding the right thing to say, and very helpful and informative. We had confidence in Uden & Sons from the first meeting with Nigel. On the day, Spencer and the team took care of mum and the level of service was touching. Very respectful, very kind and patient. I couldn't recommend the team enough, they are wonderful and mum would've been so happy to have had such care and attention. Thank you team.
