This centre has a lot of potential but seems so badly run. Some sessions require you to book in advance which is from 9am on a Monday but often you ring to be told its already fully booked (how can this be if you are phoning at 9am!!). Other sessions they dont bother setting up for I.e messy tots on a Friday. I have twice attended to be told its not going ahead despite phoning in advance to check its on. The crche however is fun for children - lots of toys to play with so if you want to take your children to the playroom then they will enjoy that. Otherwise find another location for any sessions.

This is a pretty good children and family centre with a range of friendly and knowledgeable staff, many of whom circulate around the other 5 Bromley centres. The centre offers a variety of play sessions for children, particularly those aged from 0-5. Some others are regular sessions whilst there are often seasonal extra sessions put on such as a 10 week, tactile toddlers session that encourages exploratory and messy play for 2 years+ (there are desperate sessions for the under 2s). You can make use of the weekly health clinics that often have at least 3 health visitors present. Other sessions include a range of courses surrounding parenting, self esteem and getting back into work, for which many are made up of 2 hour sessions and provide a creche for your little ones in the playroom next door. There are also advice fun courses such as cake decorating and sewing his less frequently throughout the financial year. One of the useful services offered by this particular Bromley centre is birth registration. I really like this centre as each of the sessions have a regular group of mum's that attend even if they're only dropping in part way through. It has a reasonable sized harden open all year round for the children to make use of and has seen some busy fun days hosted there. On the whole though, it's a great place to meet new people, interact, or simply go to during the week when you want to get out of the house and see a friendly face, discuss your woes, etc.
