Bike parts took 4 weeks to be delivered. I thought this company was a scam so gave up and bought the parts from Halfords

You have to give them one star to give a review. Just thought i'd warn you of my terrible experience. Ordered some jockey wheels on the 17th April (3 day delivery) Hadn't received them by 24th! checked Ebay to find they hadn't been despatched, i emailed but no reply within 36hrs so i sent another to ask for a cancellation. The cancelled without an apology or reason. Hey spend your money elsewhere, there's loads of competition. They deserve no stars, but unfortunately you have to give them one.

Excellent service and products. I visited on a Saturday morning. Friendly staff member confirmed the parts I was looking for were in stock. I placed the order on my phone, received the invoice to my email, and the items were handed to me within minutes. Items all as described. I intended to cycle back with the shopping in my front basket - staff packaged the items in sealed waterproof bag to keep dry in the rain! Many thanks.

Ordered before 2pm for DHL next day delivery. My order wasn't shipped until the following morning so it took 2 days, but did arrive and as described. Contacted via their website but no replies. No issues with calling them .

Company seemingly dead, beware. Orders on site get taken, payment taken, then nothing, no update to order, no response after contacting them. Not good.
