For me it's a kind of physical meditation. When I started classes in September 22 the physical and balance side was a challenge. I am 77 years old and at the time was recovering from major cancer and reconstructive surgery. Amongst other things my breathing is affected making exercise difficult. Listening to Jason's personal health journey combined with his relaxed teaching style encourages me to keep going. Physically it's still hard work but I often find myself in an almost meditative state where for one hour all that matters are the relaxing, flowing T'ai Chi movements.

I came across Jason from a recommendation. I am 60 and have never been particularly into fitness; I always found it a chore more than fun. This is the best thing I have ever done. With Jason's help and patience, I feel fitter and stronger than ever. Also, it is fun. I recommend Jason to anyone as a trainer. Tai Chi Qi-gong is a hidden power everyone should try.

I have been amazed how much I enjoy Jasons friendly Tai Chi class every Friday! This is the only exercise class I feel able to do at the moment. I would recommend it to everyone.

I am 70 years old and four years ago was told I had Parkinsons Disease. Alongside drug therapy I was told that exercise was key to slowing the progression of this condition. Last year I joined Jasons tai chi class and found it extremely effective in addressing muscle, balance and stamina issues. The classmates are a friendly bunch, all of a certain age, and we are flourishing under Jasons patient and challenging leadership.
