        This is such a pleasant place. Everyone is so helpful and caring and nothing is too much trouble. My little dog ( she's almost 13 ) had to have surgery yesterday and she has been so very well looked after. Everything was carefully explained and I was kept informed at all stages. Thank you to everyone who works there for providing such an excellent service.

        Twice this team updated my name to an incorrect spelling (still unresolved), in addition to sending me letters about Direct Debits that Ive never had. This is factually below the level of data management expected by the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) under the Data Protection Act (2018). While the administration overall is weak at best, including at Head Office apparently, this branch takes good care of animals. Credit where due.

        The staff are always friendly here, and the vet that they've had for the last year or so is excellent. Kind, reassuring, honest and obviously loves animals. I feel confident that my cats are in good hands, and any recommendations are solely for their benefit, not for any company profit! My cats are not so keen but what can you do?!!
