This company is a master at delay and of lack of communication. Centurian ruin what might be good products by blaming the customer for faulty goods and then taking months to put them right. Delay follows further delay, no reasons given and in the end they hung on to a refund until I asked three times for it. The guys that fitted our awnings were nice but refused to get involved in all issues. Everything took weeks to resolve. They are expensive, have a hopeless manager and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. 6 months later I can add that they lie as well. Awnings NEVER wound backwards and the manufacturer have NEVER examined the product.

Centurian installed an aluminium veranda with glazing to my family home. Everyone we dealt with throughout was professional and friendly, and the whole process was straightforward. We talked through all of the options with the salesman, and got a very competitive quote to a specification that met our requirements, confirmed in an appointment with their surveyor. The veranda was installed within the timescale quoted to us, and the installers did a great job with no mess. I would have no hesitation to recommended this company to anyone wanting a home improvement.

Had my windows replaced last month and had a great experience with Centurion, from quote to fitting to aftercare. No pushy sales person, just straight forward quoting, no hidden costs and add on sales. Good price. Office staff on phone were helpful, arranging a fitting date was easy. The fitters were friendly and very tidy, cleaned up as they went along. . A customer service rep came out with fitters and all was explained, Kevin was my contact for any concerns but there weren't any. A follow vist was made as promised to make sure all was OK. I feel that should any problems crop up I will be in good hands. I have already recommended Centurion to a friend.

Cannot fault, we had a 5m / 3m conservatory with Guardian roof installed and from quote through to completion Centurion we great. I would recommend to anyone, first class and VERY competitive price.

Middle of June 2022 I scheduled for Centurian to attend my property in order to obtain a quote. The chap attending was very keen to point out their professional approach & the fact that unlike their national competitors (Everest etc) they were family owned & took pride in their work. He also made reference to their Checkatrade rating & that this does not lie. Well today is the 2nd of September & I have yet to hear from anyone. I did call up 3 weeks ago to speak to a helpful lady who had in fact located the individual attending & as well as apologising profusely, assured me I would receive a call shortly with a quote. Goes without saying this did not happen & I dont consider it appropriate for me to chase another time. After all we are talking about a job that other competitors have priced at between 40-50k, therefore not insignificant. If they cannot be bothered or offer a professional service with this amount at stake I would hate to think what service one would get when spending less. My recommendation is therefore to avoid dealing with Centurian.
