        Rang at 8am to request appt. Answer massage stayed to call at 8.30am. I did so exactly at 8.30 to be told by the animated answering machine that was 21 in the queue! By 10.30 I had not received a call back so I rang & machine stated I was 2nd in the queue!!!

        Excellent surgery. I was seen very quickly by a fantastic GP. They are a friendly, and caring team. We are very fortunate to have this surgery, especially with the growing pressure that GP surgeries face. Thank you Bidford Health Centre!
