        Ive had two Tattoos done by Scott. I love Scotts artwork and designs. Da Vinci ink is very clean and tidy and Scott is friendly, funny, welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. Lovely to talk to and understanding. When I asked for a cover up he did it beautifully he even incorporated the old design so that it looked like it was apart of the cover up. Highly recommended. Services: Tattoo aftercare, Tattoo cover-ups & reworkings, Tattoo design
