        I had a gorgeous reflexology session today from Jilly. I almost immediately fell asleep after weeks of struggling to fall asleep quickly. It was such a treat in a really peaceful and friendly environment providing a valuable self care recharge and opportunity to reflect on my physical and mental health. Highly recommend.
