        Our shower stopped working! A phone call to Steve resulted in him advising to try a few things first before calling him out and it costing us money. His suggestions worked! In this day and age it is very rare to find someone so honest, helpful and knowledgeable who is not out to make a quick buck at a customers expense. Couldnt recommend him highly enough. Thank you Steve.

        Have used Fox services for a few years. Boxing Day morning 2022 messaged to say central heating not working for 2 old age pensioners who get cold! He came within 2 hours and replaced the pump. He is always friendly and very helpful but this gesture while he is on holiday was 10 Stars!!
