I needed a prescription urgently and sent the request five days in advance with the doctors surgery assured they had received and should have actioned. When I went to collect it, they said they didnt have it and Id have to go to all the pharmacies in the area to see if they had it. They didnt offer to phone them or anything. My husband also went in about four weeks ago to say I needed it earlier than 14th April.
I went back a second time and they finally phoned another pharmacy but now Im having to drive all the way to Northam when frankly I have one hundred other jobs I need to do.
I wont be using Boots in the future

Absolutely correct, received antibiotics via the out of hours doctor service..Now recovering.
