Almost every time I visit the Pharmacy there is a queue outside (even before and now after Covid restrictions) the staff are very disorganised and extremely slow although polite. Surely it wouldn't be beyond the wit of man to provide a bench outside for elderly people to sit on who can be kept waiting over half an hour in cold and wet also a canvas shelter - there is more than enough room for this and it is not comfortable seeing old and often infirm members of public kept waiting in these conditions - come on get it together Lloyds as you have a bad name locally!

There never seems to be enough staff for the pharmacy to operate, and so there is a consistent queue outside at different times of day. Three different times I have had prescriptions that could not be filled - having only found out after waiting 30 mins in a queue. Not a reliable pharmacy for prescription medication.

Too often closed at unexpected times. Very obviously understaffed and the staff nearly always have difficulty finding my drugs even though they are ordered four weeks in advance. Really gone downhill since the spring when they got a new computer system that persistently let them down.

Stood outside, at 2.20pm to find you are closed until 3pm. Why don't you have a webpage that gives opening times each day. How do I feel today? Just changed future prescriptions to Boots.
