I picked up a prescription recently and an Assistant ( I think she was called Sarah) was extremely helpful and went out of her was to Assistant with my prescription. She explained in a non condescending manner and was extremely empathetic to my needs. My prescription was delt with promptly . I was so pleased with the service I have changed my monthly repeat to Asda. I feel this lady should be commended for her customers skills and her efficient service.

Queued for 45 mins on 23rd dec at 3pm to collect an urgently needed prescription. Item had been sent electronically by doctor at 9.30 am the same day. Assistant told me that they didnt have any record (this was the fourth occasionthis particluar woman had incorrectly informed that tablets had not been sent) - Queried again but told not sent by surgery. Returned to car - phoned surgery who confrimed prescription had been sent to Asda. Returned top store queued again for another 30 mins to be served by same woman who had the tablets and prescription. Male pharmacist came out attempted to speak to him about why they could not identify sent prescriptions. Wouldn't listen - threw arms in the air and shouted "I dont care". Then gave me prescription back and told me to take it elsewhere. By this time it was 5.15 pm and it wast too late to get the tablets anywhere else. Finally managed to obtain vital prescription at Tescos Barnstaple some 5 hours later. Appalling.
