Absolute waste of money came 4 times a never spent no more than 10 minutes maximum only stood halfway through loft hatch and threw 3 or 4 poison blocks about and left then just a check 2nd time 3rd time exactly same as first and 4th said there gone block up any holes you can get to each of these visits costing 85 pounds and 42.50 for last one and the problem is still there. The service they provided was rubbish to be honest unprofessional and something anyone of us could of done by buying poison ourselves opening the hatch and just throwing it. He also said I will come back for free anytime in the next 8 weeks if you hear them again. We got him back once he poked his head up and said not sure it was rats you heard and left again and the problem is still there definitely one of the worst services I've ever come across. We are now having to pay someone who makes a bit more effort stay clear Service: Rodent extermination
