We would like to say a big thank you to Jay and his team for doing such a lovely job of our block driveway, including a low curved wall which turned out as per plan, very happy. Right from the outset Jay was supportive, providing options regarding materials, samples and helped us explore what we wanted. The men were helpful, flexible and creative when problem solving and willing to go the extra mile. All were well mannered, patient, polite and respectful which goes a long way. Its been 2 years since NDD fitted my patio. Unfortunately the job was never completed. Approximately 10% of the pavers are rocking/loose, the drainage was not completed and a part of the edge has started to subside. Ive asked the company to come back and finish off the job for more than 2 years via email, text and letter but the job is still not finished. At this point Im forced to ask another company to complete the job and go to small claims court to recover the funds.
