Stonehaven Care Group

Our mother has recently moved to Primrose House and we have been impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff there. They have helped her to settle and have quickly become knowledgeable about her care needs and acted to ensure she has the best possible quality of life. We have been impressed with the obvious experience the staff have of understanding the needs of a lady with very limited vision and the adaptations they have made to make it easier for her to understand her surroundings (such as the use of bright colours which she can still distinguish to identify where things are in her room). The setting is beautiful and Mum has a lovely room and has been telling us about the sea views. She keeps telling me how kind the staff at Primrose House have been to her! We are so pleased that Mum is in such a lovely place.

Bluebell House is home to two elderly (96&90yrs) friends of ours, who we are responsible for and they are in excellent hands. They have been at Bluebell for over 2 years now and are very happy there. The staff are excellent and very attentive and react very quickly should problems arise. The atmosphere is welcoming and upbeat with good approach to visiting friends & families. In these trying times of Covid 19 problems, the management & staff have acted swiftly and early to protect residents, staff and visitors, resulting in a Covid free situation. Our experience with the care provided by Bluebell House is First Class.
