I instructed both Seldons Estate Agents and solicitors to undertake the sale of my property in Bideford. This was not the simplest of sales due to my circumstances but made so much easier by both agent and solicitor combining together. Communication is key in these matters and that was exceptional from start to finish. All financial matters were clearly laid out and completed professionally. I cannot fault the service of either. We relocated to Bideford right before Christmas in 2022! Seldons were by far the best estate agent we dealt with, from start to finish! Communication was exceptional, understanding, sales progression and chasing, support with the solicitors etc! Seldons are an estate agent, that really know what they are doing and every member of the team all do the job with integrity and passion. We cant thank you enough. We love our new home.
