        I went in a week or so ago to buy a phone for my Mum. I bought one with the big buttons,the SOS button on the back and can also make the letters bigger so much easier to read for her. Brilliant, just what she needs. Unfortunately,after I gave it her,we noticed it had no predictatext. I took it back and changed it for another,double the price but it had predictatext. After a couple days she tells me it's just too complicated to use for her. So,I take it back and chose another phone,a Nokia 130,only because it was similar to the phone she had been using originally. I was surprised when the lovely young girl told me it was the same price as the phone I was returning,the Doro 7030, 80. When I returned home and looked it up on good ol' Amazon,the Nokia was between 21 and the most expensive I could find was 25. So,I went in and got a refund. I didn't purchase another. Now I'm not saying, "HOW MUCH!!!!! What a rip off!!! ",but really, is it surprising that the High St is disappearing??

        Went in on the off chance to get a sim card adaptor as my local Vodaphone dealer in Burgess hill was pretty unhelpful and was served by a cheerful member of staff who found what l needed, happly shop here again if l need to, Thanks
