        Terrible customer service. Spent 20 mins on phone giving details for a quote. Was then told the rules had changed and I would need to speak to a different department but could expect a call back within the hour. 2 days later still waiting!

        In these days to find an insurance company whose staff are prepared to go back to the office on a Friday night to sort out a problem has to be a miracle. On two occasions we have had to deal with difficult property issues and the NFU has been there and prepared to go out of their way to help
