Where do I even start, This place isnt even worth 1 star, Throughout the whole assessment period you have to follow the NHS Guidelines and one small mistake you'll be made to feel like the worst parent, Very inhumane way of having to live, You loose all your rights and get treated as if you are being punished when you should feel safe and supported, only a select few friendly staff members that genuinely care about you and make you feel normal, And help you to improve your situation who I would happily thank profusely if I ever saw again, All the rest seem to have a lack of understanding and no compassion or empathy towards mental illness and grief or dont have children of there own but are still speedy to judge your parenting style, Very isolating and absolutely no privacy and kinda creepy having cameras in your bedroom watching you sleep at night, You get more rights in prison, This place left me with nothing but more trauma than I went in with.

They seriously set you up to fail and never listen, lie about you here. You have absolutely no privacy no rights they try make decisions for your child thinking that they know best. You have to parent using a website if you do one thing wrong they class it as not good enough. They Try make you into robot moms. DO NOT GO THERE. you honestly do get more rights in prison. And this is coming from someone that's only been there a month.
