Bought a house in 2019 snags still not done! To include replacing the whole garage roof, haven't even signed the house off and been living in it for 3 years, would never buy from this company again

Absolutely disgusting customer service from The kingsland site at westward ho! today . Called as I wanted to make an appointment to visit the show home having sold our own property. Asked if we could visit today and was told too busy to see us but could we go on Saturday. I said no we werent free then and once I explained we had sold our property was then offered 1.0clock today? When I explained that We were looking to visit the show home and view the site plan I Was told that I needed to provide proof of funds to view the show home. What a joke! Was also told I wouldnt go to a Mercedes garage not knowing what model of car I wanted. Well actually I did and decided when I visited the showroom and tried different models, which one I actually wanted. Surely thats the reason we have garages and show homes. If this is the customer service before you buy a home would dread to think what the follow on service would be like. Definitely one to avoid

Bought a house from wainehomes and moved in on August 29th 2019, had a long list of snags and none have been seen to other than a painter turn up too fill some cracks but never had the correct paint so didn't even bother to cover it, never seen again. Garage roof leaks massively with water running down the inner wall onto some electrical sockets and is also part of the brick work of my house so the water is soaking through and I have had to scrub and treat the lounge wall because of the damp, wainehomes did send a guy out to have a look and he said the wrong roof tiles had been used and the lead work was the worse he had ever seen, he reported back to his boss and never received another response from wainhomes, They are trying to blame covid but if you go too there site in bickington every trade is on site and more than one trade is in a house so they clearly don't care about covid and are just using it as an excuse to not come back and fix my garage roof.
