Very poorly handled reselling of a shared ownership house, arranging viewings should never be left to the current owner. My husband and I were trying to get in contact with the current owner for weeks and they never answered or even attempted to contact us back, and when we emailed Westward to request help with contacting the current owner they told us to wait and try again. Weve missed out on a property that we had the right under Help to Buy South West to view and have a chance to purchase because of this complete incompetency.

They take half an hour to answer the phone so annoying. Been waiting nearly two and a half years for somebody to sort my bungalow out that is covered in mould they always try to blame the Tennant not happy

Need to ring them again, re heating.Still waiting for new heating to be replaced we have gone through the winter with just 2 electric heaters which has proved to expensive. I have health issues and need to be in a constant heat. I spend a lot of time in bed to keep warm.
