        Wow loved this little gem why stay in one room in a hotel when you can have all the space at the boatyard for the same price stunning views across the river ,kitchen diner ,2 bedrooms ,bathroom ,lounge upstairs 2 balconies spotless could of stayed here forever perfect will be back time and time again now have found this little gem , you all must stay here it wont disappoint you ,very peaceful , when you get into a bed with just washed crisp bedding its like oh lush you all know what I mean , everything you need is supplied here , toaster kettle ,microwave coffee machine, washing machine go see for yourselves just wonderful loved it

        Our stay at the boatyard was amazing very spacious property . Lovely and clean . The views over the river were amazing everything in the property for your use all mod cons it has two balconies one upstairs in large lounge and another leading out from kitchen,diner .why pay for a single room in a hotel when you can have this whole property for the same price its a little gem will be back for sure thanks jan for providing this lovely property for our stay if anyone looking to stay in Appledore stay here it wont disappoint
