the customer should sue. im really surprised to see that a customer explaining a situation where the owner (Steven) became aggressive toward them, is being taken down for mental health reasons. you shouldnt be taking down reviews for any reason as people need to know the place theyre going to and obviously Steven is becoming aggressive toward customers.

I've been having my hair done by Steven since he opened the Salon 10 years ago. He's always a pleasure to chat to, we have a good laugh, and takes great care doing my hair - one of the few, if not the only, stylist I've found who can embrace my frequent hairstyle changes without trying to talk me out of it. The Salon has been a busy place for many years and Steven has quite rightly decided to wind things back for his own wellbeing - never easy to do when it's your passion but all the more respect to him. Sadly, this salon and Steven have serious issues. He's fired his entire staff because "he can't deal, he's having a meltdown." I stopped by the salon to refill my shampoo and to request a copy of my colour formula, since he's fired my colourist, so I could have someone else do my colour. He immediately became irate, yelling and became aggressive and refused to give me my colour formula. I actually asked him why he was getting so aggressive, I'm just asking a question. His reply was, "because you're screaming!" I wasn't of course. He told me to get it from my fired stylist. Unfortunately, when he fired his stylists/ colourists, he did not allow any of them to take their clients information cards. I indicated that she didn't have it, he screamed at me and said, "I'm not giving you anything from my computer." He got up and walked away to his client. As I was leaving, I said to him, "well I won't be giving you my business any longer." At which point he got up from his client and said, "you're not welcome here any longer" and slammed the door behind me as I walked out. Sadly, he felt it appropriate to speak about me to his client in a derogatory manner as I was leaving. Mental health issues are real, I hope he gets some help, he needs it desperately.
