        Adam is a brilliant coach, he is very knowledgeable & supportive & always finds a way to break things down & explain them in a way that I understand to help improve my technique. An excellent facility with a great atmosphere, I really enjoy my sessions here.

        Adam is an excellent coach! Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about everything to do with technique and mental strategies for you to reach your goals. Its a great facility, and you get that personalised feel you dont get from bigger gyms! I would recommend to anyone who wants to get better with technique in both their physical and mental game and have fun with fitness!

        Arrived on holiday with an injury from cycling the previous week contacted Lauren at South West Barbell who booked me in and treated the injury giving me a pain free holiday if you need a sports massage shes the person to go to Paul
