I advice you to read your medical records carefully to see if the medical team have written right information about you and your visits/treatment. I was shocked when I checked my medical records. I've registered some where else now.

I've been with this gp for 5 years and I've lost all faith in doctors now. Every issue I've been with I feel shouldered off. My mum said she uses the East of the water gp and they're good and thorough. But I semi dislocated my back and after 2 visits to the physio and once to a&e, no one would scan it. They just kept shrugging and saying I needed to do more exercise. 6 months later, 2 chiropractors and over 200 later I finally found someone to diagnose it and it was a massive crack but I can finally move again. The hip still causes me daily discomfort but at least I can move. I have a male gp and doesn't matter what I go in for he asks how's my marriage and my mental health, EVERY TIME. Makes me feel weird, my marriage is fine. Not everyone is having a breakdown. I've had a few issues with my son aswell over the years, one is when he would choke on his own tonsils in his sleep, he wouldnt be able to lay down because of the choking. I lost count of how many sleepless nights we had where he was desperate to go to sleep, but too scared to lay down. After several years of trying to get help, there response was. The NHS won't do anything, come back if he stops breathing... I'm sorry but that seems a bit late to see a gp. Now they won't even take a booking on the phone.

Rudest reception team ever! Cant speak to them. You have to fill out a form on the day your doctor is working. If he isnt working that day theee is no triage to be seen by another doctor. Absolutely rubbish. Why is the NHS so badly run?
