Quay Dental Practice

Just received a phone call to say basically i will have to wait till the NHS Dentist comes in to catch up with her work under guarantee sometime in June, no dates yet. Had a filling done under guarantee which lasted 36 hrs, no other Dentist at the practice would take it on, I've spent Thousands at that Dentist even as a NHS patient. Absolutely disgusting treatment imo.

Attended today for my 6 monthly hygenist appointment which went well, staff always polite and helpful.

Quay dental practice is amazing when I first visited the practice over 17yrs ago I was petrified of the dentist but I was made to feel so welcome and given wonderful reassurance. I would not want to go anywhere else. My dentist Jeremy always professional and patient. My only disappointment was although a longstanding patient had to pay 86 in advance of appointment. It's hardly my fault if I couldn't attend during the pandemic and had to be re registered. This won't put me off going back.

I don't often give 5 stars but on this occasion everything was perfect. Perfect as ever for the second time.
