Really bad 'Dentist'. Done more harm to my teeth than good. Ignored obvious problems that eventually got worse. Really needs some proper training. It's based in an end terraced house. The waiting room is an old, damp, cold room based in the down stairs. Even smells like a musky damp house, which is basically what it is! You walk in the front door and see a normal house! It's the most bizzare dentist I've even been. It's freezing in winter. The dental chair is based in the front of the house. This room is very sterile. Its has one dentist and another lady who is the dentist assistant and also opens the front door when the bell rings, takes appointments... that sort of thing. Bideford is extremely short of dental practices. There are only 4 to serve the whole of the town which is rapidly growing in size. But come on... let's have some checks done on the standards of dental procedures.

Very friendly, pleasant pair. OK, the waiting room could benefit from a little TLC and parking can be awkward but never impossible. The work done by the Dentist is good and being NHS it is affordable. Don't misinterpret the Assistant's wicked sense of humour. We were so glad to find this Dentist only 8 miles from where we live. Yes, I would recommend this Dental Practice.

Both ladies are brilliant,they put you at ease. The dentist herself always tells you what shes going to do before she does it and is the kindest Ive ever met and the nurse is lovely too,being able to laugh and joke with them makes for a relaxed experience. Yes the waiting room is small because its a former family house, its not damp and there is a gas fire they put on if its needed, there are plenty of books and toys for the kids too. For me its about the top quality care I receive and not what the waiting room is like, I mean its not like you have to wait very long!

Rang the dentist today in the hope of joining the practice. I thought the lady who answered the phone was rude and abrupt , perhaps staff should receive training in customer service.
