Excellent dentist, friendly and caring. Covid-safe procedures currently in place mean waiting on your car until called. (Normally there's a pleasant waiting room with receptionist.) Highly recommended.

Absolutely superb practice. I discovered them almost by accident during covid in 2020 when all other local practices were telling me I'd wait 18 months for an appointment (even privately). This practice saw me within the day and I won't be going anywhere else now. They have subsequently fitted me in at very short notice when a tooth broke, carried out a temporary repair and then a full repair within the week. Staff are welcoming, friendly and have always given me clear explanations and any options regarding my treatment. Prices are very good too when compared to others. I am surprised one or two other reviews on here think their covid procedures are ott. They have a car park on site - perfect for ensuring isolation - so why not reduce the risk? Consider this: When did you last go to a dentist, have a good chat and a laugh? In my case now - every time!

I had an examination and 3 X -Rays was surprised to see it was one dental surgeon and one room. There was no reception. I was ushered in from my car. My dentist in the area where I was living in Gloucestershire still continue to offer a reception. The surgeon appeared anxious due to the ongoing Corona Virus government guidelines. The examination went well and the surgeon talked to me about saving a tooth and trying root canal treatment. He didn't talk to explain anything and said he would send me a treatment plan in the post. I was encouraged to leave immediately after the examination. I paid and was given a receipt for another appointment. I had not noticed this and several days later, noticed the date with an appointment and was not aware or ready for it. I only realised several days later after receiving a treatment plan in the post. It was long 4 page long plus a covering standard and a short personalised letter mainly discussing the government guidelines. The treatment plan did not show any dated appointments. This included the cost but was complex. I was a confused with the treatment plan and I want to discuss this with the dentist. There is not enough communication from the dentist to explain each treatment.
