great Job from start to finish, from receiving quotation , to all communication before starting , to completion of job, nothing was too much trouble. replaced our conservatory roof and french doors, changing the roof shape completely and taking it into our existing roof line. Disappointed Placed an order against a quotation from them in May this year and paid 500 deposit. Was told that the work would commence mid November. Received a letter on 17th August 2022 with a cheque returning the deposit and a letter stating that they couldn't do the job nearly 3 months after taking the deposit! No phone call, nothing, a very cowardly and discourteous way of cancelling the job (I wouldn't be writing this review if someone had had the decency to call and explain). We have spent a lot of time and effort in preparation and all our plans and timings have been thrown into disarray. Think twice before considering using this company.

When we recently moved into our new home we acquired a 1st floor double gabled sunroom with polycarbonate sheet roof. The room was freezing in winter and like a greenhouse in summer. We decided to have a conventional type insulated tiled roof and consequently contacted MH. We quickly received a visit to discuss our options and settled for an aluminium insulated composite and tiled roof system. The quote was very reasonable, included everything including scaffolding and clearing the site on completion.This quote was adhered to despite the large hike in materials. Work started on the due date and was incredibly quick and efficient going without a hitch. We now have a bright double room which is warm and comfortable throughout the year. We are very grateful to Mark, Russell and Linda and are so appreciative that we would welcome viewings from interested /potential customers. Our details can be obtained from MH.
