Costa Coffee

Apparently it's more important to empty the bins before serving anyone. Also, everywhere we tried to sit was either blocked off with chairs, or we were told "you can't sit there, we're cleaning". This was 2 hours before closing, but they acted like we'd arrived 2 minutes before closing. Such a poor experience, won't bother again and that way they can keep it pristine and clean without the inconvenience of customers.

Whilst we was waiting for our drinks, the manager/ staff member Chloe was really rude and disrespectful to her staff members! The two other girls were trying there absolute best and chloe was just speaking to them rubbish and Ive worked in this industry before and this is not how she should be talking to her staff at all, I hope your reading this because you need to learn to speak to your staff in a better manner! The other two young girls were very friendly and polite towards me and my friend and the drinks we had was lovely

Its ok overpriced! Toilet are aporeling needs a good clean.
