        Handy campsite for the Appledore/Bideford/Westward Ho!. Site has basic facilities, toilet/shower/washing up, chemical and grey water disposal points. The facilities were very clean. The site also welcomes dogs and there is a dog walk. There an organic farm shop next door which is open Tuesday-Saturday 10-5pm, the produce is little on the pricey side but very good. You can walk to Appledore in about 20 minutes and Westward Ho! in 30. Bideford is about 45 mins but there is a good bus service (Stagecoach 21A) from outside the campsite. The only drawback is the proximity of the road and the noise of traffic.
