        Sadly it's not possible to leave minus stars, or this place would qualify for minus five. Rude and arrogant senior partner. Politeness and courtesy definitely not part of the business plan. Terrible lack of communication. Waste of time sending messages or emails. Rarely responded to. In common with many auctioneers think that they aren't answerable to even the good lord. Their mottos include ' The customer always comes last'. 'The customer is always wrong, even when they're right.' A thoroughly nasty outfit. Steer well clear. There are plenty of other decent auction houses who respect and value their customers.
