Having installed a new extraction system to a commercial kitchen, we were required to run various tests, reports, remedial actions in order to maintain a compliant system which included noise output and related requirements. Rob and his team at Soundguard Acoustics were excellent in providing high quality reports, advice and guidance, as well as acting as a consultant for us in conversations with the local council planning department. It certainly wasn't the most straight forward of jobs for Soundguard, however their professionalism, expert knowledge and friendly approach was paramount in order to get us the required results. The team went out of their way to ensure they delivered on time, over and above the requirements, even more so when the local council planning department moved the goal posts on a number of occasions, but this wasn't an issue in the end with Soundguard navigating all hurdles thrown in the way to get the outcome. We would recommend any person / organisation to use the services of Soundguard Acoustics, and will 100% use them when next required.

Rob was clear in his communication throughout and prior to the sound testing that he carried out for the conversion (into 9 flats). He arrived promptly and conducted himself in a friendly and professional manner and then delivered the final reports swiftly. We will be looking to use him again on our next project.
