Quoted and paid for his service and paid in full. He issued structural calcs without attending the site When an amendment to his structural calcs was needed, he asked for further payment which was paid in cash and on site. It was agreed that his layout is amended for the wall between the garage and the kitchen to remain in place therefore no RSJ and or Structural Calcs were required. Despite paying for it, he didnt make the changes required. I have had to pay 300 in Building regulation fees for 4 RSJ as opposed to 2 only! Despite numerous telephone and WhatsApp calls and messages from 17th of April, I am yet to hear back from him. He came across as a genuine guy when met on site, but disappointed by his lack of due care in his profession and respect towards his clients. Wouldn't recommend at all

Shaun at replan and design visited our home and quickly understood our project and offered plenty of advice and expertise. He estimated how long it would take to produce the drawings and calculations and kept us updated. He set his own deadline and met it with time to spare, which is all you can ask for but not always what you get. Shaun comes highly recommended!

Recommended by my electrician and would not hesitate to recommend him myself. Provided useful suggestions for the outcome i had in mind. All round professional approach to the project. Thanks again guys.
