Enjoyed the food very much just felt a bit rushed to order drink and food when we weren't offered a menu until we asked were expected to use the QR code to look at the menu. Would like to add an amendment to this been again since was extremely disappointed with the service booking was for 6.30pm got our food at 7.50pm three tables that came in after us got there food first got asked again what our order was so they clearly had not given in our order no apologies for there mistake and no offer to take anything off the bill it's a shame I have to put this on because the food was great which was the only good thing about our experience.

Great comfort food and some of their offers such as BOGOF on Thursdays for burgers really do help to making eating out affordable.

We recently celebrated a 50th birthday celebration upstairs at Reubens. Everything was exceptional, from the first enquiries to organise it all, to the set up on the day, Paul was so helpful and accommodating. The service we received was fantastic and the food was amazing! Many thanks from all 24 of us
