Well Pharmacy Within Biddulph Primary Care Centre

Like other reviews say, theyre very slow processing important medication/repeat prescriptions. Visit the 111 website and request emergency medication then go to Biddulph Pharmacy, theyll have it ready within 10 minutes, unlike the week youll have to wait by going to Well Pharmacy.

If you want the worst pharmacy in Biddulph you can't go wrong here. Especially if you like going 3 times in one day and still not end up with important medication. I have had to change prescriptions to any pharmacy so i don't have to endure any more trips here.

Now usually are really good but says on here they open at 8am I was there from 8.01am till 8.30 today and not open couldn't wait any longer as I had an appointment over in Leek to get to so couldn't collect my prescription which i need Now what about the people who are going to the Doctors who need one???

Staff are patient and go above and beyond to solve any issues even those caused by other agencies. They have a personal touch and great customer engagement.
