        First time visiting an optician with my 8yr old nephew, after he complained of pain in his eye at school. Very quick to get an appointment, thorough professional examination and totally reassuring that all is well. Can't thank the Cotton's team enough. If we ever need eye care in the future we'll be back to see you. Thank you

        My daughter started going to cottons following an eye operation and finding out she had a condition called ocular albinism around 3 years of age(shes now 11). All staff are fantastic with her and she loves her visits. Won't take her anywhere else.

        Excellent in all aspects. 5 My Family and I have been going to the Biddulph Branch for over ten years. Access for the disabled is excellent, as is the service provided for those who have any special requirements. In my many visits here I have always been beyond satisfied; the service is consistently above and beyond the norm.
