Tall Oaks Care Home

Cannot speak highly enough of this home. The staff, including the manager are always very professional, approachable and nothing is too much trouble. I am more than satisfied with the care and attention my uncle receives. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for that special home from home.

My Dad spent spent his final weeks here, with brain tumour and several other health issues. The home is safe and clean. The food is freshly prepared on site, with a varied menu. The nursing staff are very experienced, informative and helpful. The care staff genuinely care and treated my Dad with empathy and respect. Highly recommended. *****

Awful place and didnt care for my Mum at all. Manager was never available to speak to and staff made excuses for level of care. I found out via third party that Mum had managed to escape twice. They lost some of her personal possessions and gave me no information at all about how my Mum was settling in or her care plan. I couldnt wait to move her somewheres she would be properly cared for.
