        My experience with Nick was exceptional - I live near London so we did everything by FaceTime - he really understood my problems - gave me techniques for how to stop them happening etc - thank you so much! :)

        Okay so to start my anxiety has gone from 100 to 10! 8 sessions with Nick and best I have felt for ages. We explored my feelings and triggers which seems kind of obvious but I could not BELIEVE how much stuff I had stored away in my mind. Im not sure if I have depression anymore as I need time to adjust back to my new normal. I can see my anxiety has almost gone entirely though for the first time in my life. Im not having ago at the NHS but they were RUBBISH, I waited for so long and then the lady didnt get me at allllll, also the wait list was so long!! if you can go private go to Nick. Cannot recommend highly enough!
